2. What AgentSomm Is
AgentSomm is a wine recommendation platform that provides wine data, competition medal information, and purchase links to licensed retailers. AgentSomm does not sell, ship, or deliver alcohol. We are an informational and referral service only.
3. Affiliate Relationships
AgentSomm maintains affiliate partnerships with select wine retailers and may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through links on this site or through our API. These affiliate relationships do not influence which wines we recommend. All recommendations are generated based on competition medal data from recognized wine competitions.
4. Recommendation Basis
Our recommendations are generated algorithmically based on verified competition medal data from international wine competitions. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or pricing of any wine. Wine availability, pricing, and vintage information may change. Please verify details with the retailer before purchasing.
5. Shipping & Availability
Wine shipping laws vary by state and jurisdiction. Shipping availability is determined and handled entirely by our retail partners. AgentSomm is not responsible for shipping restrictions, delivery issues, or compliance with local alcohol laws. Please check the retailer’s shipping policy for your location before placing an order.
6. No Health Claims
Nothing on this site should be construed as medical or health advice. Wine consumption carries risks. Please drink responsibly.
7. Third-Party Links
Links to retailers and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. AgentSomm is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of third-party websites.
8. API & MCP Server Terms
Consumers of the AgentSomm API or MCP server must:
- Verify that end users are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction
- Display affiliate disclosures when rendering purchase links to end users
- Not modify wine descriptions to add health claims or misleading information
- Comply with all applicable alcohol advertising laws in their jurisdiction
AgentSomm reserves the right to revoke API access for non-compliance with these terms.

While we strive for accuracy, AgentSomm is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our data is complete, current, or error-free. Competition medal data is sourced from publicly available competition results and may contain inaccuracies.
